Service Description
A 45-minute virtual follow-up for couples who completed the Seven Principles workshop. Bring questions about applying the tools such as communication, conflict, repair, emotional connection, and daily habits that strengthen your relationship. This is psychoeducational coaching, not therapy: you’ll receive practical guidance, skill refreshers, and clear next steps so you can stay consistent, reconnect faster, and keep building momentum between sessions. What This Check-In Can Help With: - Get clearer on a current communication, conflict, or connection challenge. - Identify which workshop tools may be most useful for what you’re navigating right now. - Practice a specific relationship skill together with guidance and support. - Strengthen your ability to repair, reconnect, and communicate more intentionally. What to Expect: - 45-minute virtual session (couples only) - Brief review of the situation you’re navigating right now - Clear next steps and a plan for applying the tools this week
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows: - Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any Follow-Up Sessions (Singles, Couples, or Family Check-Ins). Please provide at least 14 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule any Workshops (Singles, Couples, or Families). - Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as a used session. - If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time (sessions are not extended). Payment + Refunds: - Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Workshops (Singles, Couples, Families): - 14+ days before the workshop: You may cancel for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees. - 13 days or less before the workshop: No refunds. You may request to transfer your registration to a future workshop (if space is available) or receive credit valid for 90 days. - No-shows / partial attendance: No refunds or credits. Follow-Up Sessions (Singles, Couples, Family Check-Ins): - Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows are not refundable and may be counted as a used session. Packages (Dating Momentum, Repair & Reconnect, Family Support Pass): - Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session is used. - Unused sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice and must be used within 90 days before they expire. If We Cancel: - If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or session, you may choose a full refund or transfer/credit. How to Request a Refund: - Email billing@bondandbloomwrkshps.com with your name, the workshop/session purchased, and the date. - Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Waitlist Policy: - If a workshop sells out, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, we’ll email you in order of sign-up. You’ll have 24 hours to register before the spot is offered to the next person.
